If you find some quality problems after getting the parcel, such as: wrong color, wrong length, wrong style, etc. Please send an email to contact us first. Attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will check it at once and offer you some solutions.
1. Processing time on items is 7 days.
2. Keep all items in original condition, items that have been opened, used, brushed, combed or washed are NOT exchangeable.
